Any member of a party used to be able to use a raid warning (/rw)in a party. Now, if you use /rw in a party you get a message saying "You aren't in a raid." Shame, it was handy - especially when trying to get through to party members who weren't paying attention. The warning on the screen and the noise was agood wakeup.
Back when I used to run my parents through instances we discovered my stepfather is such an avid soloer that he has became notorious in my family for utterly ignoring the fact that there's a chat window in the lower corner of his screen - he saw raid warnings beacuse they popped up right there in the middle. (I don't even bother messaging him "hello" anymore, he's just too much "in the zone" when he's playing. He's a bit that way IRL, too. :) )

Have you tried it with a group on your server? Try making a random five-man and see if you can do a /rw in it.

Speaking of raids, another change they made was that non-leaders can't do readychecks anymore (I'm not sure if that's documented or not). Which is irritating because I'm impatient and I usually do readychecks in lieu of our raid leader doing them.
